Photographer has full creative control over session/editing/delivery. Photographer has sole authority in directing positioning of client(s) at shoot location, client(s) body positioning while in place, and the authority to decide how the final product will appear. Photographer will determine what images are shown to the client for the client to choose from. Editing will be provided to the images selected to include blemish removal, lighting adjustments, and other changers as the photographer sees fit.
The Photographer will invoice the Client by email. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the order. A retainer is required to book in most situations and is generally 25% of the total session, the retainer must be paid in order to officially book your session.
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a booked session - if a retainer was paid, this will be forfeited by the client. A re-schedule can occur only once with proper notice and a new retainer fee is paid. A re-schedule is only allowed once for most sessions. Depending on the type of session, a client is considered late after 15 minutes. This is an automatic "no show" without communication and the Photographer will allow up to 30 minutes with communication before a re-booking is required. *no shows for mini sessions are 5 minutes, clients must wait until the next open time slot or they will forfeit their entire mini session*. The Photographer will attempt to accommodate clients for unexpected events , but clients that fail to notify the Photographer in a timely manner will not be allowed to rebook. These details will be made clearly in your signed contract.
