Session Details
$300 | 25 minute session | 5 Image total | November 2024
Each booking will include 1 stacked box image (combo of multiple images to create a unique holiday scene) and 4 images of individual portraits, couples, or whole family -client choice. When booking, clients must choose a stacked box arrangement and indicate the number of people attending/participating. This will help me best prepare for your session and ensure the images I take correlate with the design of your stacked image. The stacked image will be sized to accommodate a 5x7 print, clients should choose a background : solid color (any color of choice), pre-selected scenes (options below), or a repeat (add additional boxes to extend the image off frame). I will guide you through posing! You will have the option to have multiple "boxes" of the same person/people in different poses or have 1 person for each box. Some props will be available to use but clients can bring their own (please contact me directly to discuss). And pets are always welcomed!

Session fee is due in full to book: I will reach out to you within 24 hours of receipt of the form below and discuss questions and session details. An invoice and contract will be sent by email (please provide your full name). Prints and additional digitals will be made available for purchase through an online gallery, this session will include a limited print release allowing clients to print holiday cards outside of the Photographer's preferred lab.

My belief is that every person should be framed in the moments they’ve felt the most loved and cared for.
A non-refundable retainer fee is included in the session fee (25%) : cancellations made before November 1st, 2024 at 5PM CST will be refunded 75% of the total session fee; cancellations made after November 1st, 2024 at 5PM CST will only be refunded 50% of the total session fee and up to 24 hours prior to session date/time. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to scheduled session will be refunded 25% of the session fee. No shows on day of session will not be refunded and the client will forfeit the total amount. Holding or reservation of time slots will not be done without full payment . Rescheduling of sessions will be considered on a case by cases basis, a rescheduling fee may apply.
